“Explore America” is the theme of the 2016 Philadelphia Flower Show going on now at the Philadelphia Convention Center. The happy crowds have been enjoying this year’s show in record numbers during extremely warm days here. What a difference a year makes…last year classes were postponed because of snows! Tonight people were sitting outside for dinner in their shorts!
“Explore America” celebrates the 100th birthday of the our great National Parks. This theme provides a lot of scope for some exciting displays.
Dramatic Arches National Park in Utah is the inspiration for this complex exciting display from Robertson’s Florist in Chestnut Hill PA. Known for many flower show features with beautiful weddings, this time Robertson’s excelled themselves with this installation of 6 structures, inspired by a old-time fold out postcard set of the Park. I’ll let them all speak for themselves!
There you have it … six amazing structures making this dramatic depiction of Arches NP. Isn’t it exciting to see from one into the other as well?
